Introduction

Constecca is a project-controls app for construction and gas-plant projects. It keeps every project document in one place: drawings, specifications and photos, and also the estimates, commitments, change orders and invoices your team produces.

Everything in Constecca is a document. A drawing you upload and a commitment you build from line items live in the same register. They share the same viewer, the same revision history, the same access rules and the same approval process. You learn one way of working and use it everywhere.

How the work flows

When a document needs a decision, Constecca sends a task to whoever holds the right role on the project. That person opens the document, clicks a button, and moves on. The next person in the chain gets their task straight away, and the people who follow the document get a notification. Nobody waits in silence.
