Send the project a question

Raise a request for information (RFI) from the Submit page, and find it afterwards.

The Submit page is where you send something to the project on your own initiative. Today it offers one thing: a Request for Information (RFI), which asks the project a question and puts it on the record.

Bids are not sent from here. A bid always answers an invitation, so you price it on the enquiry itself. See Respond to a bid invitation.

Raise an RFI

Open the Submit page

Click Submit in the header, or Submit something under Your submissions on your guest home.

Choose Request for Information

Click the Request for Information card.

Fill in the form

Enter a Title and your question. The fields are described below.

Click Submit

Constecca gives your RFI a number and tells you The project has been notified. You return to your guest home.

If Constecca reports that your RFI was saved as a draft, it was recorded but not sent on for review. The message says why. Contact the project team so they can pick it up.

Asking about an enquiry you are quoting on? Use Questions to the buyer on the enquiry page instead. That thread stays with the enquiry, between you and the buyer.
