Sign in as a guest
This page is for guests: people at a supplier, contractor or consultancy who work with a project team in Constecca. You never need a password. Each time you sign in, Constecca emails you a link that signs you in.
Your account
The project team creates your guest account for you. This happens when they invite you to quote on an enquiry, send you a transmittal through the app, or add you as a guest. There is nothing to set up and no password to choose.
Your account is tied to your email address. Use the same address the project team has for you.
Sign in with a link
Open the guest sign-in page
Go to the Guest access page. If you open a link from a Constecca email while you are signed out, Constecca takes you there.
Ask for a link
Enter your email address in Email and click Send sign-in link.
Open the email
Constecca sends you an email titled Your Constecca guest sign-in link. Click the link in it.
Land on your guest home
The page shows Signing you in… and then opens your guest home.
You can also start from the main Constecca sign-in page. Enter your email and click Continue. Constecca recognizes a guest account, shows Check your email and sends you the same link. Click Send another link if it does not arrive, or Use a different email to start again.
How long links and sessions last
If a link does not work
When a link has expired, has already been used, or your guest account is no longer active, the page shows This link did not work. Click Request a new link to go back to the Guest access page and ask for a fresh one.
Sign out
Click Sign out at the top right of any guest page.
Staff accounts
The guest pages are for outside companies only. If you have a staff account with a password, click Sign in with a password on the Guest access page. See Signing in and finding your way.
